摘要:
目的探究3-PR参与式健康教育在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）患者护理中的应用效果。 方法选择89例NSCLC患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（45例）和对照组（44例）。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上给予3-PR参与式健康教育干预。观察两组癌症患者疾病感知问卷（Chinese revised disease perception questionnaire，CIPQ-R）、心理弹性量表简化版（Connor Davidson resilience scale，CD-RICI）、疾病感知益处评估量表（perceived benefits of diagnosis and treatment of disease，PB-DT）及自我感受负担量表（self-perceived burden scale for cancer patients，SPBS-CP）评分变化情况。 结果观察组干预后CIPQ-R各项评分，CD-RICI、PB-DT评分均高于对照组，SPBS-CP总分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组对化疗的依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组化疗毒副作用发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论对NSCLC患者给予3-PR参与式健康教育干预，可提高患者对疾病的感知益处及心理弹性、化疗依从性，并能减轻其自我感受负担。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the application effects of 3-PR participatory health education in the care for the patients suffering NSCLC. MethodsAll 89 patients were chosen, allocated to the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (44 cases) according to random number table method. The control group accepted conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was intervened by 3-PR participatory health education. To observe the scores of CIPQ-R, CD-RICI, PB-DT and SPBS-CP of the patients in the two groups. ResultsThe dimensional scores of CIPQ-R, the scores of CD-RICI and PB-DT of the observation group were higher than these of the control group after the intervention, total scores of SPBS-CP lower than these of the control group (P<0.05); the chemotherapy compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidence of chemotherapy between both groups (P>0.05). Conclusion3-PR participatory health education given to NSCLC patients could raise the patients’ disease perceived benefits, psychological resilience and chemotherapy compliance, reduce their self-perceived burden.
