摘要:
目的研究甘肃省市售的两种道地药材当归和党参中药饮片的微生物污染状况。 方法根据《中华人民共和国药典》(2015版)微生物相应的检查方法,对两种中药材饮片共计61批样品的需氧菌总数(total aerobic microbial count,TAMC)、酵母菌和霉菌总数(total combined yeasts and molds count,TYMC)、耐胆盐革兰阴性菌及沙门菌进行检查,初步了解市售当归、党参中药饮片的微生物负载量。 结果61批中药饮片样品的对数IgTAMC值介于2.05~6.30,IgTYMC值介于0.70~3.23,47.5%的样品检出耐胆盐革兰阴性菌,当归和党参饮片所有批次均未检出沙门菌。 结论中药饮片微生物污染状况严重,饮片的微生物限度标准亟待完善,饮片生产加工过程控制亟待加强。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo study microbial contamination of Danggui and Dangshen commercially available in Gansu province. MethodsAccording to corresponding inspection methods for microorganisms in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (edition 2015), TAMC, TYMC, bile salt tolerant Gram-negative bacteria and Salmonella in 61 batches of Danggui and Dangshen samples were tested, to primarily survey the microbial load of Danggui and Dangshen on the market. ResultsThe logarithm lgTAMC value ranged from 2.05 to 6.30, and the lgTYMC value ranged from 0.70 to 3.23 in 61 batches of herbal decoction pieces samples, bile salt resistant gram-negative bacteria were detected in 47.5% of the samples, no salmonella was tested out in Danggui and Dangshen of all the batches. ConclusionBecause of serious microbial contamination of herbal decoction pieces, microbial limit standard of decoction piece needs to be improved, and production and processing control of decoction pieces needs to be enhanced.
