摘要:
目的探讨将人文关怀联合情景体验式健康教育应用于结直肠癌造口患者护理的干预效果。 方法选取126例结直肠癌造口患者资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,对照组给予术后常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予人文关怀联合情景体验式健康教育。观察两组健康知识掌握度、自我效能感、术后并发症发生情况。 结果观察组造口评估、造口用具选择、造口处理步骤、并发症评估等健康知识评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组造口自理效能、保持活力效能、从事体力活动效能、性生活满意效能、饮食选择效能、自我照护效能评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后并发症总发生率观察组为[6.35%(4/63)]低于对照组[26.98%(17/63)](P<0.05)。 结论人文关怀联合情景体验式健康教育能提高结直肠癌造口患者的健康知识掌握度、自我效能感,可降低术后并发症风险。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the intervention effects of humanistic care combined with situational experience-based health education in the care for colorectal cancer patients with colostomy. MethodsAll 126 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 63 cases in each group, the control group accepted conventional nursing intervention after the operation, and the observation group was given huma-nistic care combined with situational experience-based health education based on conventional nursing interven-tion. To observe health knowledge mastery, the stoma self-efficacy scale(SSES) and postoperative complications between both groups. ResultsThe observation group was notably higher than the control group in the scores of health knowledge including stoma evaluation, stoma appliance selection, stoma treatment steps and complication assessment (P<0.05); after the intervention, the scores and total ones of stoma self-care efficiency, vitality effi-ciency, engaged in physical activity efficiency, sexual life satisfaction efficacy, dietary choice efficacy and self-care efficacy of the observation group were higher than these of the control group (P<0.05). Total incidence of postoperative complication of the observation group was [6.35%(4/63)], lower than [26.98%(17/63)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionHumanistic care combined with situational experience-based health education could raise the patients′ health knowledge mastery and perceived self-efficacy, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
