摘要:
目的对苦杏仁的采后生产进行全过程调研,为控制和提升其质量提供建议。 方法实地走访苦杏仁的种植、加工、贮藏基地,考察在采收、初加工、炮制、贮藏及包装过程中影响其质量的因素,并针对性地提出质控建议。 结果采收、初加工、炮制、贮藏与包装均可影响苦杏仁的质量。苦杏仁在贮藏过程中易发生走油、虫蛀和霉变的变质现象,可从控制水分、温度、湿度、包装、贮藏等方面进行防控。 结论对苦杏仁采后的生产过程进行实地调研,对初加工过程进行详细描述,指出贮藏环节的主要变质现象并提出质控建议,为建立苦杏仁的质量控制系统提供了依据。
Abstract:
ObjectiveBy investigating the whole process of post-harvest production of Kuxingren (arme-niacae semen amarum), to provide the suggestions for controlling and improving its quality. MethodsA field study was carried out to observe the planting, processing, and storage bases of Kuxingren, and investigate the factors influencing the quality in the links of harvesting, primary processing, deep processing, storage, and packaging, meanwhile quality control recommendations were proposed. ResultsHarvesting, primary processing, deep processing, storage, and packaging could affect the quality of Kuxingren. Degeneration, for instance, ran-cidity, damaged by worms, and mildew and rot, easily occurs in the storage of the drug, which could be prevented and controlled from controlling water, temperature, humidity, package and storage. ConclusionAfter conducting the field study on the production of Kuxingren after harvesting, and describing primary processing in details, the main deterioration is pointed out during the storage link, the suggestions for quality control are put forward, which could provide the reference for establishing quality control system of Kuxingren.
