摘要:
目的利用网络药理学研究方法预测白芍治疗阿尔茨海默病的作用机制。 方法利用中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台(traditional Chinese medicine systems pharmacology database and analysis platform,TCMSP)数据库,挖掘白芍有效成分并预测其作用靶点,通过GeneCards、OMIM等数据库筛选出阿尔茨海默病形成的靶标,运用CytoScape软件构建白芍治疗阿尔茨海默病形成的“成分-靶标-通路-疾病”网络,通过STRING数据库构建靶点蛋白相关作用网络并进行关键靶点的生物功能注释及通路分析。 结果白芍13个有效成分通过干预72个靶点、4条通路发挥治疗阿尔茨海默病的作用。 结论白芍有效成分可能通过抑制炎症、调节免疫功能而达到治疗阿尔茨海默病的作用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo explore the mechanism of Baishao (Paeoniae radix alba) in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD) using network pharmacology method. MethodsUsing TCMSP, the active ingredients of Baishao was unearthed and its action targets were predicted, AD targets were screened from OMIM and GeneCards databases, "ingredients-targets-pathway-disease" network of Baishao in the treatment of AD was formed using Cytocape software, target-protein interaction network was constructed, biological function annotation and pathway analysis of the key targets were performed via STRING database. ResultsAll 13 active ingredients of Baishao could play therapeutic roles in treating AD through intervening on 72 targets and four pathways. ConclusionThe active ingredients of Baishao could treat AD possibly through inhibiting inflammation and regulating immunologic function.
