摘要:
目的：总结苦参碱制剂近年来的研究开发和临床应用研究进展。方法：查阅近10余年国内外相关文献及研究资料，并对其分析、归纳和总结。结果：目前临床应用的苦参碱剂型主要为注射剂、胶囊剂、片剂和栓剂，而正在研制中的剂型有缓控释制剂、透皮吸收制剂和靶向制剂等。由于苦参碱具有广泛的药理作用，近年来在治疗慢性肝炎和肝纤维化等方面得到了广泛的应用。结论：对苦参碱的现有制剂进行现代化的改良，或研究开发新型制剂，将有助于提高其疗效，对于全面开发利用苦参碱有深远的意义。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the progress of clinical application and development of research on matrine preparation in recent years. Method: Associated literature and data at home and abroad in more than ten years were retrieved, analyzed, concluded and summed up. Result: Main preparations of matrine included injection, capsule, tablets and suppository in clinical application nowadays, while preparations under developing were sustained-release preparations, transdermal drug delivery preparations and targeting preparations. Matrine was widely used in treating chronic hepatitis and hepatic fibrosis in recent years with extensive pharmacological action. Conclusion: Modern reform on present preparations of matrine or development on new preparations would be helpful to raise the effects and meaningful to full development and application of matrine.
