摘要:
目的：通过对伞形科植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels与欧当归Levisticum officinale Koch.干燥根的鉴定学比较研究，确定当归品质的评价依据。方法：采用传统鉴别和现代科学技术手段相结合的研究思路和方法，从来源、性状、显微、理化及薄层色谱图谱等方面对当归与欧当归进行比较研究，确定其品质优良度。结果：当归与欧当归在性状方面存在较大差异；有效成分含量也有所不同。结论：本研究为当归的合理开发与利用提供一定的科学依据，以确保临床用药的安全性；提示欧当归不能代替当归药用。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish evaluation standard for quality of DangGui by making a comparative study on identification of DangGui (Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels) and OuDangGui(Levisticum officinale Koch.). Method: DangGui and OuDangGui were compared from the aspects of source, property, microstructure, chemical and physical property, thin layer chromatography by adopting study thinking and method which combined traditional identification with modern scientific technique. Result: There were bigger differences existing in the properties of DangGui and OuDangGui and in contents of active ingredients. Conclusion: The study provided definite scientific evidence for reasonable development and utilization of DangGui to ensure the safety of clinical medication. OuDangGui can't replace DangGui as medicine.
