摘要:
目的：观察西医常规结合参附注射液及醒脑静注射液治疗急性中毒的临床疗效。方法：将70例急性中毒患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组30例。对照组30例单纯行西医治疗，观察组给予西医常规结合参附注射液及醒脑静注射液治疗，对比2组患者的临床疗效、心肌酶指标和心电图改变情况。结果：治疗后治疗组总有效率为95.00%，高于对照组的83.33%(P＜0.05)，抗心律失常效果亦优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：运用西医常规结合参附注射液及醒脑静注射液治疗急性中毒，可有效提高临床疗效，改善患者的心电图和心肌酶指标。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of conventional western medicine combined with ShenFu injection and XingNaoJing injection in treating acute poisoning. Method: Seventy patients were randomly divided into 40 cases in observation group and 30 cases in control group. Control group received conventional western medicine while observation group were given with conventional western medicine, ShenFu injection and XingNaoJing injection. Clinical effects, myocardial enzyme indicator and changes of ECG of both groups were compared. Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00%, higher than 83.33% of control group(P＜0.05), antiarrhythmic effect of observation group was superior to that of control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Conventional western medicine combined with ShenFu injection and XingNaoJing injection can improve clinical effect effectively, ECG and myocardial enzyme indicator in treating acute poisoning.
