摘要:
目的：观察循证护理对脑出血患者生活质量及护理满意率的影响。方法：将76例脑出血患者随机分为观察组、对照组各38例。对照组采用常规护理模式进行护理，观察组采用循证护理模式进行护理。观察2组患者护理干预前后生理机能、生理职能、躯体疾病、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能等生活质量评价指标的变化情况，以及护理满意率。结果：治疗后2组生理机能、生理职能、躯体疾病、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康和情感职能评分均明显升高(P＜0.05)，且观察组升高较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。护理总满意率观察组为94.74%，对照组为78.95%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：循证护理可提高脑出血患者生活质量及护理满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on life quality and nursing satisfactory rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Method: All 76 patients were randomized into observation group and control group equally. Control group received conventional nursing and observation group were administered with evidence-based nursing. Satisfactory rate and changes of physiological mechanism, physiological function, physical disease, health, energy, social function, mental health and emotional function the indexes which can evaluate life quality were observed. Result: After treating, physiological mechanism, physiological function, physical disease, health, energy, social function, mental health and emotional function increased in both groups remarkably (P＜0.05), and indexes of observation group were superior to that of control group (P＜0.05). Total satisfactory rate of observation group was 94.74%, higher than 78.95% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing could raise life quality and satisfactory rate of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
