摘要:
目的：探讨左旋门冬酰胺酶(L-ASP)不良反应的护理方法。方法： 将80例使用L-ASP治疗的患者随机分为干预组40例、对照组40例，干预组给予预防过敏反应、胰腺炎、糖尿病、凝血异常、低蛋白血症等护理措施;对照组仅给予常规护理。结果：干预组各种不良事件反应的发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：积极的预防护理措施可减少L-ASP的毒副作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach nursing methods for adverse reactions induced by L-asparaginase (L-ASP) drug. Method: Eighty-two patients were randomized into intervention group and non intervention group. Intervention group received nursing measures in preventing allergic reaction, pancreatitis, diabetes, disturbance of blood coagulation and hypoproteinemia; non intervention group were only administered with conventional nursing. Result: Incidence of adverse reaction in intervention group were lower than that of non intervention group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Positive nursing measures can reduce toxicity and side effects of L-ASP.
