摘要:
目的：探讨七叶皂苷钠注射液用于治疗骨伤科创伤性疾病患者时的护理方法。方法：选取362例成人骨伤科创伤性疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性调查分析，经手术治疗，术后均予以七叶皂苷钠注射液治疗，并于用药前后给予相应的护理措施。结果：362例成人骨伤科创伤性疾病患者，经护理干预后，使用七叶皂苷钠的药物反应明显减少，其中用药15～30分钟出现穿刺处发红，静脉呈现红线9例，经对症处理后好转。结论：严格遵循医嘱，按照药品说明书要求进行操作，及时核对检查输液器械，控制输液速度等护理措施，可减少不良反应发生。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore nursing method after applying soditum aescinate for injection to postoperative patients with traumatic disease. Method: Data of 362 patients was retrospectively analyzed. The patients received surgery, soditum aescinate for injection after surgery and nursing before and after medication. Result: Drug reactions of all patients after nursing decrease, redness at puncture after medication for 15 to 30 minutes or red line along the veins in nine cases relieved after treating. Conclusion: Nursing intervention such as following the doctor′s order, operating according to the instructions, checking timely saline solution infusion kit, controlling intravenous speed can reduce the incidence of side effects.
