摘要:
目的：探讨骨刺消巴布剂对兔膝骨性关节炎模型关节液中 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 水平的影响。方法：选用健康日本大耳白兔 40 只，随机分为骨刺消巴布剂组(A 组)，奇正消痛贴组(B 组)，空白对照组(C 组)，正常组(D 组)。A、B、C 组通过改良经典的 Videman 固定法制备兔膝骨性关节炎模型，A、B 组外敷相应药物，C、D 组不做任何处理，于造模成功后第 1 天和药物治疗后第 5 周测关节液中 IL-1β、TNF-α 含量。结果：造模后 A、B、C组 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 与 D 组比较显著高表达(P＜0.01)，而 3 组之间比较无统计学意义；治疗 5 周后，A 组、B 组与 C 组比较，IL-1β 和 TNF-α 含量下降(P＜0.05)，C 组 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 表达稍有下降，但无统计学意义。结论：骨刺消巴布剂可能通过降低关节液 IL-1β 和 TNF-α 的含量，对膝骨性关节炎起到治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of GuCiXiao cataplasm on IL-1β and TNF-α in joint fluid of rabbits with knee osteoarthritis. Method: Forty rabbits were chosen and randomized into GuCiXiao cataplasm group (A group), QiZheng XiaoTongTie group (B group), blank control group (C group) and normal group (D group).Rabbit models in groups of A, B and C were prepared with Videman fixation, A and B groups were applied with corresponding drugs externally, C and D groups were left unhandled, Contents of IL-1β and TNF-α in joint fluid were measured at the 1st day after successfully establishing the models and the fifth week after treating. Result:Expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in A, B and C after establishing the models were higher than that of D (P＜ 0.01),comparisons among A, B and C manifested no statistical meaning; after treating for five weeks, compared with C,contents of IL-1β and TNF-α decreased in A and B (P＜ 0.05), expressions of IL-1β and TNF-α in C lowered slightly and the difference had no statistical meaning. Conclusion: GuCiXiao cataplasm could prevent knee osteoarthritis which might decrease the contents of IL-1β and TNF-α in joint fluid.
