摘要:
目的：利用统一帕金森综合评分量表（UPDRS）评分法评价补肾活血法治疗帕金森病(parkin-son'sdisease，PD)的疗效。方法：将60例PD患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均以西药美多芭为基础治疗,治疗组同时服用补肾活血中药。治疗观察期为6个月，以UPDRS量表评分评价疗效。结果：2组治疗后UPDRS量表评分均明显改善(P＜0.05)，且治疗组改善较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.01)，未发现明显不良反应。结论：运用补肾活血法治疗PD疗效显著，可改善UPDRS量表评分。
Abstract:
Objective:ToevaluateclinicaleffectsofBuShenHuoXuemethodinthetreatmentforparkinson'sdisease(PD)withunifiedparkinson'sdiseaseratingscale(UPDRS).Method:Sixtypatientswererandomizedintothetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroupequally.Allthepatientsweregivenwithmadopar,thetreatmentgroupreceivedherbsofBuShenHuoXue,thecourseofthetreatmentweresixmonthsandclinicalefficacywasestimatedwithUPDRS.Result:ResultsofUPDRSwereimprovedinbothgroupsaftertreating(P＜0.05),andtheimprovementsofthetreatmentgroupweregreaterthanthatofthecontrolgroup(P＜0.05).Clinicalefficacyofthetreatmentgroupwassuperiortothatofthecontrolgroup(P＜0.01),therewasnoobviousadversereaction.Conclusion:BuShenHuoXuemethodintreatingPDcouldobtainsatisfactoryeffectsandimprovethescaleofUPDRS.
