摘要:
目的：观察七味消脂饮治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法：将入选的 70 例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各 35 例，治疗组予七味消脂饮，1 剂 /d；对照组予辛伐他汀，10 mg/ 次,每晚 1 次，治疗 8 周后观察2 组疗效及不良反应发生率。结果：2 组总疗效经 Ridit 分析，U=3.356＜0.01，差异具有统计学意义，治疗组疗效优于对照组；2 组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)值比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，2 组患者 TG 值比较，差异无统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：七味消脂饮能显著降低高脂血症患者胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白，效果较辛伐他汀更明显。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of QiWei XiaoZhiYin in treating hyperlipoidemia. Method:All 70 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group took QiWei XiaoZhiY in , one dose each day; the control group received simvastatin, 10mg each time, Qn, after treating for eight consecutive weeks, clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reaction in both groups were observed. Result:Total effects of both groups were analyzed by Ridit and showed the difference, it had statistical meaning u=3.356<0.01, clinical effects of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group; comparisons between both groups in TC, HDL and LDL showed the difference and it had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), comparison between both groups in TG presented the difference and it had no statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: QiWei XiaoZhi Y in could obviously decrease cholesterol, TG and LDL; its effects are more remarkable than simvastatin.
