摘要:
介绍裴正学教授以“西医诊断、中医辨证、中药为主、西药为辅”十六字方针为原则治疗再生障碍性贫血的经验，认为应当：“缓则健脾益气、补肾壮阳，急则泻火凉血、间断输血，活血化瘀去旧生新”。
Abstract:
Professor PEI Zhengxue′s experience on the principles of treating aplastic anemia was illustrated, the principles included diagnosing the disease with western medicine, differentiating with TCM, the herbs as main part and combined with Western medicine, we thought that invigorating spleen and Qi, kidney and Yang were the treatment methods for chronic diseases, clearing fire and cooling blood, blood transfusion intermittently, activating blood and resolving stasis were the methods for acute diseases.
