摘要:
目的：分析天水市中西医结合医院中药电子处方存在的问题，为医院合理使用中药及处方提供参考。方法：随机抽取医院2012年1月至12月份门诊中草药、中成药电子处方共9 600张，进行统计分析。结果：发现存在或潜在的问题包括不合理处方数398张，占抽查总处方的4.15%，其中中成药占2.41%，中草药占1.74%。主要表现为超剂量使用未注明原因、有特殊要求未标识或注明、用药与临床诊断不相符等方面。结论：加强医师中医中药知识的培训，以规范开中药处方，提升药师的综合素质，提高处方合格率，促进中药的合理使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide evidence for rational use of herbs and prescriptions by analyzing the issues existed in electronic prescription of our hospital. Methods: All 9 600 pieces of electronic prescriptions about herbs and Chinese patent drugs were randomly chosen from January, 2012 to December, 2012 in our hospital and analyzed statistically. Results: There were 398 pieces of rational prescriptions containing the existing or potential issues, which occupied 4.15% of all the prescriptions, Chinese patent drugs accounted for 2.41% among them and herbs 1.74%. It mainly manifested that no reasons for high dose of drug use, no label or indication for special requirement, drug use didn't match with clinical diagnosis and other aspects. Conclusion: Enhancing the physician's training of TCM knowledge could regulate the prescriptions of herbs, raise comprehensive quality of the pharmacists, improve the qualified rate of the prescriptions and promote rational use of herbs.
