摘要:
目的：采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价软件、SPSS 17.0统计软件对道地产区与非道地产区当归HPLC-DAD数据进行分析，建立道地与非道地产区当归分类模型，确定其分类参数，为当归道地性的分类和判别提供方法。方法：判别分析利用当归HPLC-DAD共有模式建立的Fish's判别函数，回代判别率为96.7%，外部验证正确率为100%。结果：采用色谱分析结合判别分析能够准确、便捷的对当归道地性进行判别和验证。结论：为当归道地性的判别提供了一定的科学依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze HPLC-DAD data of DangGui(Angellica sinensis) from famous region and common one with assessment software of herbal chromatographic fingerprint spectrum similarity and SPSS 17.0 software, in order to establish the models of differentiating DangGui from famous region and common region, to find sorting parameters, therefore to provide the methods for the classification and differentiation of genuine DangGui. Methods: Fish's discrimination function established by common models of DangGui HPLC-DAD was adopted in discrimination analysis, back substitution discrimination ration was 96.7%, external verification correct rate was 100%. Results: The results of the study demonstrated that chromatographic analysis and discrimination analysis could discriminate and verify the genuineness of DangGui accurately and conveniently. Conclusion: It could provide a certain scientific evidence for the differentiation of the genuineness of DangGui.
