摘要:
目的:探讨综合医院中药饮片质量管理的有效方法。方法:通过归纳整理中药饮片管理过程出现的各种质量问题,制订医院内部质量监控标准,从采购、验收、保管、调配、复核各环节采取全员全过程质量监控措施,具体质量问题按PDCA(Plan:计划; Do:实施;Check:检查;Action:处理)循环管理模式进行监控管理。结果:通过对中药饮片进行全员全过程监控管理措施不合格饮片品种明显下降。结论:采取全员全过程质量监控措施,对具体质量问题按PDCA循环管理模式进行监控管理,可使质量问题得到持续的解决,保证中药饮片在临床应用的有效性和安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore effective method of quality control for Chinese herbal pieces in comprehensive hospital. Methods: The measures of total quality control in the whole process were taken in the links of purchase, check, preservation, allocation and re-check, the specific quality questions were monitored by PDCA cycle management mode (Plan; Do; Check; Action), the standard of quality control in the hospital was established by collecting all the problems appearing in the management of Chinese herbal pieces. Results: The sorts of Chinese herbal pieces below standard were decreased by total quality control in the whole process. Conclusion: The measures of total quality control in the whole process are taken to monitor the specific questions with PDCA cycle management mode, which could continue to solve the quality problems and ensure the safety and effectiveness of Chinese herbal pieces in clinical application.
