摘要:
目的：调查县级中医医院护理人员现状，探讨如何有效稳定护理队伍，提高护理质量，更好地落实优质护理，满足广大患者的需求。方法：对定西市、天水市、平凉市19家中医院护理队伍的学历、年龄、职称、人数等进行调查整理。结论：县级中医医院护理人员严重缺乏，文凭、职称偏低，高级职称护理人员寥寥无几。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore how to effectively keep nursing team stable, improve nursing quality and carry out high quality nursing better by analyzing current state of nursing staff in county TCM hospital. Methods: Educational background, ages, titles and the numbers of nursing staff from 19 TCM hospitals in Dingxi municipality, Tianshui municipality and Pingliang municipality were surveyed. Conclusion: There is an acute shortage of nursing staff, there are few with senior professional titles in county TCM hospital, their diploma and titles are lower.
