摘要:
目的：对中药注射剂不良反应病例报告中存在的不合理用药问题进行分析，以减少中药注射剂不良反应发生率。方法：根据《中药注射剂临床使用基本原则》，结合中药注射剂说明书，回顾性分析部分文献报道的药品不良反应和医院临床上报的中药注射剂不良反应报告病例。结果：不合理用药情况存在于部分不良反应的报告病例中。结论：遵循中药注射剂临床使用基本原则，提高临床医师、护士和药师的专业素质，可减少中药注射剂药品不良反应发生率，提高临床用药安全性。
Abstract:
Objective: To reduce the incidence of TCM injection adverse reaction (AR) by analyzing improper drug use existed in the case report of TCM injection AR. Methods: According to Basic Principles of TCM Injection Clinical Use, AR reported in parts of literature and the cases in the reports of TCM injection AR in clinic were analyzed retrospectively combined with the instruction of TCM injection. Results: Improper drug use was found in part of the case report about AR. Conclusion: Following the principles of clinical use of TCM injections could improve professional quality of clinical doctor, nurse and the pharmacists, decrease the incidence of TCM injections AR and improve the safety of drug use in clinic.
