摘要:
目的：分析中药注射液不良反应的特点和成因，促进中药注射剂在临床上的合理应用。方法：对近年来部分药学期刊中报道的中药注射剂不良反应病例进行分析，总结中药注射剂不良反应的特点及成因。结果：中药注射液的不良反应呈现多发性和普遍性，临床表现多样性，不可预知性，种类不确定性，批间差异性等特点，情况较为复杂。结论：严格按照药品说明书合理使用中药注射液才能促进中药事业的健康发展。
Abstract:
Objective: To promote rational use of TCM injection in clinic by analyzing the characteristics and the cause of TCM injection adverse reaction. Methods: Medical cases of TCM injection adverse reactions were reported in parts of pharmaceutical journals in recent years, they were analyzed to obtain, the features and the causes of TCM injection adverse reactions. Results: Adverse reactions of TCM injection were multiple and general. Clinical manifestation were diverse, unpredictable, undefined and various, the condition was complicated and serious. Conclusion: Rational Use of TCM injection could promote sound development of herbs according to the instructions.
