摘要:
目的：了解大学生就医行为现状和卫生服务需求，为大学健康教育提供参考。方法：随机抽取某高校在校大学生进行就医行为及卫生服务需求问卷调查。结果：男大学生患病后首选药店自购药品者占40.4%，女大学生患病首选到社区卫生服务中心者占39.6%；在感到身体不适时影响就医的第一要素是自认为病情较轻；大学生最需要的是健康体检。结论：通过完善大学生医疗保险制度，加强药品知识教育，宣传健康体检理念，引导大学生正确的就医行为，提高身心健康水平。
