摘要:
目的：观察仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰压缩性骨折的疗效。方法：将老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者36例随机分2组各18例。治疗组口服仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗，对照组注射鲑降钙素同时口服碳酸钙D3片治疗。分别检测治疗前后2组患者骨碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素值变化情况。结果：治疗组显效14例，有效3例，无效1例；对照组显效6例，有效10例，无效2例，2组显效率比较差异显著(P＜0.05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后BALP和BGP值均改善，且经统计学处理差异显著(P＜0.05)。结论：仙灵骨葆治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎段压缩性骨折疗效优于鲑降钙素加碳酸钙D3。
