摘要:
目的：探讨梅核气主要辨证分型及不同分型的用方规律。方法：查找古今文献，选出符合标准的医案，整理每个医案中梅核气的症状、治法及方药，对其进行系统总结并分析。结果：梅核气的辨证分型包括痰气互结型、肝郁气滞型、肝郁化火型、气滞血瘀型、肝胃不和型、肝肾阴虚型、痰湿蕴结型、湿热互结型、正气虚弱型、肾阳亏虚型，并据此遣方用药。结论：梅核气病机复杂，并不局限于痰气互结，临床上如遇此病应辨证论治，方可起效。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore syndrome differentiation and patterns of globus hysteriocus and the rules of the prescriptions for the disease in different patterns. Methods: Medical cases which met the standard were chosen by searching ancient and modern literature, the symptoms, therapeutic methods, the prescription and the herbs of globus hysteriocus in each case were summarized, they were summarized systematically and analyzed. Results: Globus hysteriocus was differentiated into the patterns of intermingled phlegm and Qi, liver depression and Qi stagnation, depressed liver transforming into fire, Qi stangnation and blood stasis, disharmony between liver-stomach, Yin deficiency of liver-kidney, phlegm-dampness accumulation, intermingled dampness and heat, healthy Qi deficiency and depletion of kidney-Yang. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of globus hysteriocus is complicated, not only limited to intermingled phlegm and Qi pattern, more attention should be paid on syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease in clinical practice in order to cure the patients.
