摘要:
目的：观察安魂汤对血虚痰阻型失眠患者睡眠质量和临床症状的影响。方法：将160例患者随机分为观察组(80例)和对照组(80例)，观察组给予加减安魂汤治疗，对照组给予甜梦胶囊治疗，疗程均为2周，治疗前后均采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)和中医证候积分量表进行评分。结果：PSQI评分治疗后观察组、对照组别为(6.36±2.05)分、(8.88±2.34)分，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。中医证候积分治疗后观察组、对照组分别为(18.26±9.84)分、(21.49±10.16)分，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，2组临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：安魂汤可改善血虚痰阻型失眠患者的睡眠质量及临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of AnHun Tang on improving quality of sleep and clinical symptoms of the patients with insomnia of blood-deficiency and phlegm-obstruction pattern. Methods: All 160 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 80 cases each group, the observation group were treated by modified AnHun Tang, and the control group with sweet dream capsules, one course of the treatment was two weeks, PSQI and TCM syndrome integral scales were used to score before and after treating. Results: PSQI scales of the observation group and the control group were respectively (6.36±2.05) and (8.88±2.34) after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). TCM syndrome intergral scales of the observation group and the control group were (18.26±9.84) and (21.49±10.16) respectively after treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison of clinical effects between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: AnHun Tang could improve quality of sleep and clinical symptoms of the patients with insomnia of blood-deficiency and phlegm-obstruction pattern.
