摘要:
从中医对“颅脑损伤”认识的现状、颅脑损伤中医命名的尴尬、“外伤性脑病”作为颅脑损伤相关疾病中医病名的合理性、“外伤性脑病”急性期辨证分型的探讨4个方面进行总结分析，提出“外伤性脑病”作为颅脑损伤相关疾病中医命名的观点，为颅脑损伤的中医药治疗研究和学术交流提供理论依据。
Abstract:
The concept of "traumatic encephalopathy" as TCM disease name of craniocerebral injury related disease was raised from current state of TCM understanding to "craniocerebral injury", the difficulty of craniocerebral injury TCM naming, the reasonability of "traumatic encephalopathy" as TCM name of craniocerebral injury related disease, syndrome differentiation and patterns of "traumatic encephalopathy" at acute stage, therefore to discuss with other experts, in order to provide theoretical evidence for TCM treatment and academic communication of craniocerebral injury.
