摘要:
目的:观察芍连胃乐片治疗肝郁气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为观察组32例、对照组30例。2组均给予常规治疗，观察组同时服用芍连胃乐片，对照组服用胃复春，2组均连续治疗3个月。观察2组临床疗效及中医证候积分的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为93.76%，对照组为76.67%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。中医证候积分2组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:芍连胃乐片治疗肝郁气滞型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To survey clinical effects of ShaoLian WeiLe tablets in treating chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) of liver-depression Qi-stagnation pattern. Methods: Sixty-two patients were randomized into 32 cases of the observation group and 30 cases of the control group. Both groups accepted conventional treatment, the observation group took ShaoLian WeiLe tablets and the control group WeiFuChun, both groups were treated for three months consecutively. Clinical effects and TCM syndrome scales of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.76%, higher than 76.67% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of TCM syndrome scales before and after treating within one group (P＜0.05), the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: ShaoLian WeiLe tablets could gain notable clinical effects in treating CAG of liver-depression Qi-stagnation pattern.
