摘要:
目的：观察生精育子汤治疗少、弱精子不育症的临床疗效。方法：将少、弱精子不育症患者180例按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予中药生精育子汤，水煎口服，1剂/d；对照组给予生精片口服，4片/次，3次/d，维生素E胶丸口服，100 mg/次，2次/d；3个月为1个疗程，3个疗程后比较2组总有效率、精子密度及精子活力。结果：总有效率治疗组为86.1%，对照组为56.9%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后患者精子密度、精子活力改善方面治疗组优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：生精育子汤治疗男性少、弱精子不育症疗效优于生精片结合维生素E胶丸治疗。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of ShengJing YuZi decoction in treating oligozoospermia infertility. Methods: All 180 patients were allocated to the treatment group and the control group according to the visiting sequence, the treatment group was given ShengJing YuZi decoction, water decoction and oral administration, one dose each day, the control group took ShengJing tablets, four tablets each time, three times each day, Vitamin E soft capsules, 100mg each time, twice per day, three months were one course, total effective rate, sperm density and sperm viability were compared between both groups in three courses. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.1%, higher than 56.9% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); after treating the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvements of sperm density and sperm viability, and there was a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Therapeutic effects of ShengJing YuZi decoction are superior to these of ShengJing tablets combined with Vitamin E soft capsules in treating male oligozoospermia infertility.
