摘要:
目的观察壮精强子汤联合灸法治疗少弱精子症脾肾亏虚患者的安全性和有效性。 方法将100例少弱精子症脾肾亏虚患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组患者口服壮精强子汤联合灸神阙、关元穴，对照组患者口服枸橼酸氯米芬片，观察两组患者治疗第1、2、3个月的精液量、精子浓度、a+b级精子百分率、精子存活率、配偶妊娠率、中医症状评分及安全性。 结果治疗组患者治疗前及治疗1、2、3个月精子浓度平均值分别为（14.39±7.29）×106/mL、（15.66±7.59）×106/mL、（21.13±8.95）×106/mL、（29.08±11.68）×106/mL，a+b级精子百分率平均值分别为（25.18±9.96）%、（29.18±13.52）%、（37.25±14.68）%、（48.16±15.88）%，精子存活率平均值分别为（38.63±12.05）%、（44.96±9.65）%、（51.86±14.09）%、（61.66±15.58）%。与治疗前比较，两组患者治疗3个月精子活率、精子浓度及a+b级精子百分率均升高（P＜0.05），治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05），且随治疗时间的增长疗效增加。治疗组总有效率为89.6%（43/48），高于对照组的58.7%（27/48）（P＜0.05）。两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。 结论壮精强子汤联合灸法能提高少弱精子症脾肾亏虚患者的精液质量，提高受孕率，且安全有效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe the safety and effectiveness of Zhuangjing Qiangzi Tang combined with moxibustion in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia of spleen and kidney deficiency pattern. MethodsAll 100 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group in light of random number table method with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with oral administration of Zhuangjing Qiangzi Tang and moxibustion at Shenque (CV8, RN8) and Guanyuan (CV4, RN4) points, and the control group took clomiphene citrate tablets orally, to observe semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm percentage of grade a and b, sperm survival rate, spouse pregnancy rate and TCM symptom score, and the safety between both groups after the first, second and third months of treatment. ResultsAverage sperm concentration of the treatment group was （14.39±7.29）×106/mL,（15.66±7.59）×106/mL,（21.13±8.95）×106/mL and（29.08±11.68）×106/mL before the treatment, one month, two months and three months after treatment respectively, the average percentage of a+b grade sperm was （25.18±9.96）%, （29.18±13.52）%, （37.25±14.68）% and （48.16±15.88）%, and the average sperm survival rate was （38.63±12.05）%, （44.96±9.65）%, （51.86±14.09）% and （61.66±15.58）%. Compared with before the treatment, sperm survival rate, sperm concentration and the percentage of a + b grade sperm were increased in both groups three months after the treatment (P<0.05), the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05), clinical effects improved with the duration of the treatment. Total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%（43/48）, higher than 58.7%（27/48） of the control group (P<0.05). No obvious adverse reaction happened during therapeutic period. ConclusionZhuangjing Qiangzi Tang combined with moxibustion could raise sperm quality and the pregnancy rate in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia of spleen and kidney deficiency pattern, which is safe and effective.
