摘要:
从多维度分析近年来当代名中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）的经验，发现医家诊治UC的方案各不相同，常按照UC的发作期和缓解期，并将西医分期与中医辨证论治相结合，内治与外治相结合，取得了一定临床疗效；此外还需注意饮食和心理调节，根据寒热变化及时增减衣物，避免各种诱因导致病情反复发作。
Abstract:
By analyzing contemporary famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors' experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) in recent years from many dimensions, the doctors have different plans for the treatment of UC, usually combining phased therapies of Western medicine with syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, internal treatment and external therapy, and they have obtained certain clinical effects; In addition, we should pay attention to the diet and mental regulation, increase or decrease clothing in a timely manner according to the changes of the temperature, so as to avoid the recurrent episodes of the illness caused by various triggers.
