摘要:
蒙定水教授认为慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期为本虚标实之证，以久病肺气虚损为本，然痰瘀贯穿于疾病之始终，注重审证求机，培土生金，肺脾同治，兼及肾脏，纠正本虚，擅用膏方以培补机体，并强调治肺需活血，斩断标实的滋生源头。
Abstract:
Professor Meng Dingshui thought that chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at stationary phase was of the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, prolonged illness and lung Qi deficiency were the root cause, while phlegm and stagnation were throughout the entire course, he emphasized differentiating patterns and seeking the pathogenesis, strengthening earth to generate metal, treating both lung and spleen, simultaneously taking care of the kidney, he paid attention to correcting the root cause, he was skilled in invigorating and tonifying the body by using the paste, at the same time, he chopped off the breeding source of excess in superficiality, when he treated lung, he promoted blood circulation.
