摘要:
目的:测定广东省内4地中药材牡蛎中铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)4种微量元素的含量。方法:微波消解处理牡蛎,并用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定元素的含量。结果:采集于台山的牡蛎中Fe、Zn元素含量显著高于其余3地,Mn元素略低于其余3地。除此之外,其余3地牡蛎中4种元素含量较为接近。而且4地4元素中均以Fe元素含量最高,为116.76~307.14 μg/g。实验回收率在97.68%~102.74%之间,RSD在0.321%~1.083%之间。结论:本法用于中药材中微量元素Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu 的含量测定简单、快捷、准确。实验数据为为后续研究牡蛎的作用价值、牡蛎药材品质分析、多途径开发利用废弃牡蛎提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective: To detect the contents of four kinds of trace elements including Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu contained in shellfish from four producers of Guangdong province. Methods: Shellfish was managed by microwave digestion, and the contents of trace elements were measured by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FASS). Results: The contents of Fe and Zn in shellfish collected from Taishan were notably higher than these from the other three places, the contents of Mn were lower than these from the other three places. Besides that, the contents of four elements in shellfish from the other three places approached each other. The contents of Fe were the highest among four elements in four places, and they were 116.76~307.14 μg/g. Experimental recovery rate was between 97.68% and 102.74%, RSD was between 0.321% and 1.083%. Conclusion: The method, simple, rapid and accurate, could be used for content determination of Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu in the herbs. Experimental data could provide the reference for quality analysis of shellfish, medicinal values of shellfish, multi-path development and utilization of wasted shellfish.
