摘要:
目的：观察针刺联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis，KOA)的临床疗效。方法：将膝骨关节炎早、中期患者72例随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例，2组在给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖的基础上，治疗组予针刺治疗，对照组予萘普生缓释胶囊治疗。比较2组患者Lequesne评分及VAS评分改善情况,同时观察2组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后治疗组Lequesne评分及VAS评分较对照组降低(P＜0.05)；治疗6周后临床疗效治疗组优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺联合硫酸氨基葡萄糖治疗KOA有长效止痛作用，疗效优于硫酸氨基葡萄糖联合萘普生缓释胶囊。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe curative effects of needling combined with glucosamine sulfate in the treatment for knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods: All 72 ptients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 36 cases each group, based on glucosamine sulfate given to both groups, the treatment group accepted the needling, and the control group naprosyn sustained release capsules. The improvements of VAS and Lequesne, and clinical effects of both groups were compared between both groups, clinical effects and the incidence of adverse reaction of both groups were observed. Results: Lequesne scales and VAS scales of the treatment group after treating were lower compared with these of the control group (P＜0.05); clinical effects of the treatment group was superior to these of the control group in six weeks after treating (P＜0.05); the incidences of adverse reaction of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needling combined with glucosamine sulfate could stop the pain in the treatment for KOA for long term, the effects are superior to these of glucosamine sulfate and naprosyn sustained release capsules.
