摘要:
对近10年有关三氧化二砷(As2O3)治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的实验研究文献进行分析，结果表明As2O3具有调节免疫细胞、调节细胞因子、影响转录因子、调控表观遗传学和诱导细胞凋亡等作用，能降低血清抗dsDNA水平，降低尿蛋白、血尿素氮、血肌酐、肾小球细胞计数和肾组织活动积分，有效抑制肾小球中IgG的沉积，能延长其生存时间，降低死亡率。
Abstract:
By analyzing experimental research literature about As203 in the treatment for systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) in the recent ten years, the results showed that As203 could regulate immunological cell, cell factors, affect transcription factor, adjust epigenetics, induce cellular apoptosis and others, and it could lower the level of anti-dsDNA in the serum, urine protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), glomerular cell count and activity score of renal tissue, effectively inhibit the sedimentation of IgG in Ruysch's glomeruli, prolong the survival time of SLE patients and decrease mortality rate.
