摘要:
目的：观察“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解治疗颈源性头痛的临床疗效。方法：将103例患者随机分为观察组（51例）和对照组（52例），对照组采用小针刀治疗，观察组采用“Z”型拨针刀倒“爪”形松解为主，比较2组治疗前后临床疗效、头痛评分、头痛持续时间和发作频率等指标。结果：总有效率对照组为65.38%，观察组为88.24%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。枕下痛、偏头痛、额部痛等疼痛程度评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。头痛持续时间及发作频率治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：“Z”型拨针刀治疗颈源性头痛简、便、验、廉，且治疗频次少，疗程短，疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate clinical effects of loosening up with Z-shaped needle knife in the form of inverted claw in the treatment for cervical headache. Methods: All 103 patients were randomized into the observation group (51 cases) and the control group (52 cases), the control group were treated by small needle knife mainly, while the observation group accepted loosening up with Z-shaped needle knife in the form of inverted claw, the indexes including the frequency, headache duration, headache scales and clinical effects of both groups were compared before and after treating. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 65.38%, lower than 88.24% of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were the significant differences in the comparisons of the scales of the pain including suboccipital pain, migraine, frontal pain and others within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of headache duration and the frequency within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Z-shaped needle knife in the treatment for cervical headache, are simple, convenient, effective and inexpensive, and it needs less frequencies, short course and shows notable effects.
