摘要:
目的：观察针刺与穴位体表电刺激治疗术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)的临床疗效。方法:将48例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组24例。2组均给予常规治疗，观察组同时给予穴位针刺及体表电刺激联合治疗。观察2组肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠减压引流量、排气排便时间、拔除胃管时间及临床疗效。结果:总有效率观察组为87.5%，对照组为75.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。第1次排气时间、首次进食时间、第7天胃管引流量、拔除胃管时间等指标2组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:采用针刺与穴位体表电刺激治疗PGS患者临床疗效显著，有助于患者恢复。
Abstract:
Objective：To observe clinical effects of acupuncture and transcutaneous electric nerve stimulaton (TENS) in the treatment for postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS). Methods: All 48 cases were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 24 cases. Both groups accepted routine therapy, and the observation group were treated by acupoint acupuncture and TENS. To observe clinical effects, stomach tube removal time, the time of exhaust and defecation, gastrointestinal decompression drainage and the recovery time of borborygmus of both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 87.5%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the first exhaust time, initial feeding time, gastric tube drainage at the seventh day, stomach tube removal time and others between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture and TENS are effective in treating PGS patients, which is helpful to the recovery of the patients.
