摘要:
目的：分析中医药治疗小儿厌食症的研究热点及相关情况，为后续的研究及临床工作者提供参考依据。方法：选择中国知网期刊数据库进行专业检索，利用Citespace绘制研究热点图谱及聚类图谱，GraphPad Prism5绘制频数图。结果：中医药治疗小儿厌食症的研究热点主要涉及中医药治疗小儿厌食症的方法、原则、辨证论治等方面；其中最常见的症状主要有形体消瘦、面色萎黄、面色少华等；最常见的治疗方法有推拿、针刺、复方中药等；最常用的穴位有四缝穴、神阙穴、胃俞等；最常用的中药有参苓白术散、杞枣口服液、三甲散等。结论：中药治疗小儿厌食症研究热点突出中医药辨证论治的特色，涉及了中医、中药、针灸、推拿、经络等方面，贯穿了中医的病因病机、证型、治则、用药，为我国儿童的健康成长和发展做出了巨大贡献，但在实验、大数据、循证医学等方面的研究成果较少，从而制约着中医药在治疗小儿厌食症领域中更好的发展。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide the reference for the subsequent study and clinical workers by analyzing research hotspots and the related conditions of TCM treating infantile anorexia. Methods: After CNKI was chose, professional search was performed, research hotspots map and cluster map were drawn using Citespace, frequency chart was drawn using GraphPad Prism5. Results: Research hotspots of TCM treating infantile anorexia mainly focused on the method, principle, syndrome differentiation and treatment and others; among them, the commonest symptoms were emaciation, sallow complexion, pale complexion and others; the common therapeutic methods were massage, acupuncture, compound TCM and so on; the common acupoints were Sifeng(EX-UE10), Shenque(RN8) and Weishu (BL21) and others; the common herbs were ShenLing BaiZhu powder, QiZao oral liquid, SanJia powder and others. Conclusion: Research hotspots of treating infantile infantile anorexia by herbs could reflect the features of syndrome differentiation and treatment, involving TCM, herbs, acupuncture, massage, meridian and collateral, and presenting the causes, pathogenesis, patterns, therapeutic principles and medications, and it makes great contributions to healthy growth and development of the children, since research achievements are fewer in the aspects of the experiments, big data, evidence-based medicine and others, it restrict the better development of herbs in treating infantile anorexia.
