摘要:
目的：通过文献挖掘分析妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的研究现状。方法：从中国知网数据库检索关键词“妇科千金片”“盆腔炎”，纳入篇名为“妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎”的全部文献，从文献的年度分布、发表类型、学科分布、基金类型及作者单位、研究类型等方面分析妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的研究现状。结果：共检索到相关文献123篇，近5年文献数量显著增加。文献以期刊论文为主，占93.5%。从学科分布来看，妇产科学，占38.52%；其次是中医学，占33.33%；中药学排在第三位，占18.52%。研究机构主要集中在湖南中医药大学和湖南省株洲千金药业股份有限公司，基金资助比较少。研究类型以临床观察为主，占73.2%，其次是动物实验，占19.5%。研究地域主要是湖南、四川、江西三省。结论：妇科千金片治疗盆腔炎的研究已有近20年的历史，呈逐年增长趋势，以临床研究为主，大样本、多中心的报道比较欠缺，有关药理机制的研究较少，药物有效成分及作用靶点尚未明确，需要科研工作者进一步深入探讨。
Abstract:
Objective:To analyze research statues of FuKe QianJin tablets in the treatment for pelvic inflammation by literature mining. Methods: Key words "FuKe QianJin tablets" and "pelvic inflammation" were retrieved from CNKI, all the papers named FuKe QianJin tablets in treating pelvic inflammation were included, research status was analyzes from the aspects: annual distribution of the papers, publication types, the distribution of the subjects, fund types, author units, research types and others. Results: All 123 papers had been found, the numbers of the papers in the recent five years were increasing notably. Most of the literature were periodical papers and they occupied 93.5%. The papers were about the study of gynecology, and they held 38.52%; the next were TCM and 33.33%; the third place was the science of Chinese materia medica and 18.52%. Research institutes were Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan provincial Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmacy mainly, the funds were fewer. Research types were clinical observation mostly and held 73.2%, the next were animal experiments and 19.5%. Research fields covered Hunan, Chengdu and Jiangxi provinces. Conclusion: Researches on FuKe QianJin tablets in treating pelvic inflammation have been performed around 20 years, and it shows the increasing tendency year by year. Since most of the researches are about clinical study, lacking large-sample, multicenter reports, fewer studies about pharmacological mechanism, uncertain active ingredients and potential targets of the drugs, they need to be further discussed.
