目的:应用数据挖掘技术,分析当归治疗糖尿病的研究现状。方法:从中国知网数据库检索关键词“当归”“糖尿病”,纳入篇名为当归治疗糖尿病的全部文献,然后从文献年度分布、发表类型、学科分布、基金类型,以及作者单位、疾病分布、研究类型等多方面分析当归治疗糖尿病的研究现状。结果:共检索文献239篇,近五年内文献数量增长较快。文献主要以期刊论文为主,占93.7%。从学科分布情况看,主要分布在中医与中西医结合,占52.5%,其次是临床医学,占33.3%,中药与方剂排在第三位,占11.6%。研究机构主要主要集中在湖南中医药大学和湖南省株洲千金药业有限公司,且文献获得的基金资助较少,仅占总量的2.9%。从地区分布观察对于该领域的研究主要集中在湖南省,其他地区有零星分布。结论:当归治疗糖尿病的研究已有30年的历史,呈逐年增长趋势,近5年增长迅速。当归在糖尿病方面的药理作用广泛,可以治疗糖尿病的多种并发症。虽然临床研究较多,但缺乏大样本、多中心的研究。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the research status of Danggui (angelicae sinensis radix) in the treatment for diabetes mellitus (DM) using data mining. Methods: "Danggui" and "DM" were chosen as the keywords to search CNKI, and include all the papers titled Danggui in the treatment for DM, research status was analyzed from many aspects including annual distribution of the papers, publication classifications, the types of the funds, author units, disease distribution, the types of the studies and others. Results: All 239 papers had been found, the numbers of the papers in the recent five years were increasing notably. Most of the literature were periodical papers and they occupied 93.7%. The papers were distributed in TCM and combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine, and they held 52.5%, the next was clinical medicine and 33.3%, herbs and prescriptions rank the third place and 11.6%. Research institutes were Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Hunan provincial Zhuzhou Qianjin Pharmacy mainly, the funds obtained for the papers were fewer and only held 2.9% of all the papers. Research fields covered Hunan province primarily, and only scattered in other regions. Conclusion: The study on Danggui in the treatment for DM has been performed around 30 years, and it shows the tendency of gradually increasing, booming within the recent five years. Danggui shows wide pharmacological action in the treatment for DM, it could treat DPN, DN, diabetic foot, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic cognitive disorder and others. Although clinical studies are more, large-sample multicentric study is lacked.
