摘要:
目的：通过对54项中医药科研成果进行分析评价，建立适合我省的中医药科研项目评价指标体系，为科研管理部门提供科学依据。方法：应用专家咨询法、调查研究法、文献查阅法以及多元线性回归分析方法。结果：对科研成果影响最大的因素为课题负责人学历、分段年龄、课题组成员学科组合、课题组成员人数这4个因素，回归模型为Y=28.663X1.664X1+1.609X2+1.239X3+2.762X4,根据直方图、P-P图、散点图显示，这4个影响因素同科研成果呈正态分布。结论：这4个影响因素比重越高，科研成果越好。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish evaluation system of scientific research projects of TCM for Gansu province, and provide scientific evidence for scientific research management department by analyzing and assessing 54 items of scientific research achievements of TCM. Methods: Expert consultation method, research methods, literature consultation method and multiple linear regression method were adopted. Results: The factors affecting scientific research projects mostly were the educational background of the leading officials in the projects, the age distribution, the combination of the subjects of the members in the research group and the number of the members in the research group, regression model was Y=28.663X1.664X1+1.609X2+1.239X3+2.762X4, according to histogram, P-P diagram and scatter diagram, the four influencing factors and scientific research achievements were in normal distribution. Conclusion: The larger the four influencing factors are, the better scientific research achievements are.
