摘要:
目的：探讨胃和冲剂Ⅱ号对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)寒热错杂证患者胃黏膜PTEN和ERK-2蛋白表达的影响。方法：将CAG患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组口服胃和冲剂Ⅱ号(2次/d，10 g/次),对照组口服胃复春片(3次/d，4片/次)，2组均连续治疗12周。采用免疫组化法检测治疗前后经胃镜所取患者胃黏膜组织中PTEN和ERK-2，比较2组患者治疗前后PTEN和ERK-2蛋白表达的差异。结果：治疗后2组患者PTEN蛋白表达均升高(P＜0.05)，ERK-2蛋白表达均降低(P＜0.05)，2组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：胃和冲剂Ⅱ号可能通过提高PTEN表达，抑制ERK2表达改善CAG寒热错杂证患者的胃黏膜病理状态，效果与胃复春片相当。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of WeiHe granules no.Ⅱ on the expression of gastric mucosa PTEN and ERK-2 protein of the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) of intermingled heat and cold pattern. Methods: Sixty CAG patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 30 cases each group, the treatment group took WeiHe granules no.Ⅱ, twice each day, 10g each time, and the control group Weifuchun tablets, three times each day, four tablets each time, both groups were treated for 12 weeks consecutively. Pathological tissue of gastric mucosa were collected before and after treating using gastroscope, immunohistochemical method was used to detect PTEN and ERK-2, and compare the difference between their expressions before and after treating in both groups. Results: After treating PTEN protein expressions of both groups raised(P＜0.05), ERK-2 protein expressions lowered(P＜0.05), no obvious difference could be found in the expressions of PTEN and ERK-2 between both groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion: WeiHe granules no.Ⅱ could improve pathological state of gastric mucosa in the patients of CAG of intermingled heat and cold pattern which might be realized by raising the expressions of PTEN and inhibiting the expression of ERK-2, and its effects are equivalent to Weifuchun tablets.
