摘要:
目的：探讨熏香疗法对维持性血液透析患者精神状况和生活质量的影响。方法：将行维持性血液透析的78例终末期肾功能衰竭(ESRD)患者随机分为观察组40例、对照组38例，对照组在透析期间给予常规干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予熏香疗法，观察2组患者透析状况、依从性、精神状况及生活质量。结果：尿素清除指数及尿素清除率2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。透析期间饮食、液体摄入、用药和规律透析依从率2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。焦虑及抑郁评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛及总体健康评分2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：熏香疗法能改善维持性血液透析患者的精神状况，提高治疗依从性，改善透析效果，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of incense therapy on quality of life and mental state of the patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis. Methods: All 78 end stage renal disease (ESRD) patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into 40 cases of the observation group and 38 cases of the control group, the control group accepted conventional intervention during hemodialysis period, and the observation group were given incense therapy based on conventional intervention, to investigate the conditions of hemodialysis, compliance, mental state and quality of life of both groups. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in urea clearance index and urea excretion ratio between both groups (P＜0.05). the difference was significant in the diet, liquid intake, the compliance of administration and regular hemodialysis during hemodialysis period between both groups(P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in SAS and SDS within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in physiological function, physiological role, somatic pain and total health scores between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Incense therapy could improve mental state of the patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, lift therapeutic compliance, ameliorate hemodialysis effects and quality of life.
