摘要:
目的：探讨三级医院护理对口支援对县级医院护士职业认同感的影响。方法：以医院2016—2017年两年度内针对性对口支援县级医疗机构护士40人为研究对象，对口支援前及对口支援1年后进行问卷调查，调查内容包括基层医疗机构护士职业压力来源、职业认同情况、职业倦怠情况及职业精神相关情况。结果：干预后护士职业认同及职业倦怠改善情况优于干预前(P＜0.05)，干预后护理人员职业认同比例高于干预前(P＜0.05)，职业倦怠比例低于干预前(P＜0.05)，职业精神中关于明确专业方向、提高专业技能及改善医患关系等得分均高于干预前(P＜0.05)。结论：上级医院对口支援方式能有效提高基层医疗机构护理人员职业认同感，减少职业倦怠。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of pairing assistance of tertiary hospital nursing on occupational identity of the nurses in county hospitals. Methods: Forty nurses from county medical institutions who accepted targeted pairing assistance between 2016 and 2017 were selected as the research objects, they were surveyed using questionnaire before pairing assistance and one year after pairing assistance, including the sources of occupational pressure of the nurses in county medical institutions, the conditions of occupational identity, occupational burnout and the related conditions of occupational spirit. Results: After the intervention, the improvements of occupational identity and occupational burnout were superior to these before the intervention (P＜0.05), after the intervention, the proportion of occupational identity of the nurses was higher than that before the intervention (P＜0.05), occupational burnout proportion lower than that before the intervention(P＜0.05), the scores of clearing professional direction, improving professional skills and doctor-patient relationship in professional spirit were higher than these before the intervention (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Pairing assistance of superior hospital could effectively lift occupational identity of the nurses in basic medical institutions and relieve professional burnout.
