摘要:
目的：探讨不同级别医院糖尿病合并抑郁患者人口学、疾病控制及自我管理状况差异。方法：采集社区医院(78例)和三级医院(60例)糖尿病合并抑郁患者的人口学情况、疾病控制情况和自我管理情况，比较不同级别医院之间上述情况的差异。结果：2组患者在文化程度、职业类别、并发症数、胰岛素治疗、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、饮食控制和血糖监测等方面均存在显著差异(P＜0.05)。结论：三级医院大学以上文化程度、脑力劳动为主患者的比例高于社区医院；三级医院患者自我管理和血糖控制优于社区医院。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the differences of patients with diabetes and depression in demography, disease control and self-government. Methods: Conditions of patients with diabetes and depression from group of community hospitals (78 cases) and group of tertiary hospitals(60 cases) were collected, differences above in hospitals with different levels were compared. Results: There were significant statistical differences in education degree, occupation categories, number of complications，insulin treatment, blood glucose level in two hours after eating, glycated hemoglobin, diet control and blood glucose monitor of patients in two groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Education level over college, brainwork of patients in tertiary hospitals are higher than these of community hospitals; self-government and blood glucose control of patients in tertiary hospitals are better than these of community hospitals.
