摘要:
目的探讨加味四君子汤联合营养制剂对恶性肿瘤患者营养状况的影响。 方法选择恶性肿瘤患者206例，分为观察组92例和对照组114例。观察组采用加味四君子汤联合营养制剂治疗，对照组给予营养制剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的营养风险评分，血清白蛋白（albumin，ALB）、总蛋白（total Protein，TP）、前白蛋白（prealbumin，PA）、血红蛋白（hemoglobin，Hb）等生化指标，以及Karnofsky功能状态（karnofsky performance status，KPS）评分等指标的变化情况。 结果治疗后，观察组营养风险评分显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），ALB、TP、PA水平明显高于对照组（P＜0.05），KPS评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论加味四君子汤联合营养制剂能够有效改善肿瘤患者的营养状况，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss therapeutic effects of modified Sijunzi decoction combined with nutrition preparation on the nutritional status of the patients. MethodsAll 206 patients were selected and randomized into the observation group (92 cases) and the control group (114 cases). The observation group took modified Sijunzi decoction combined with nutrition preparation, and the control group was given nutrition preparation. To observe nutritional risk score before and after treating in two groups, the levels of ALB, TP, PA, Hb and others, and the changes of KPS scores. ResultsAfter treating, the observation group was lower than the control group in nutri-tional risk scores notably (P<0.05), higher than the control group in the levels of ALB, TP and PA apparently, in KPS scores (P<0.05). ConclusionModified Sijunzi decoction combined with nutrition preparation could effectively improve nutritional state of cancer patients and raise quality of life.
