摘要:
目的建立岷当归电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)元素检测方法,分析道地药材岷当归种植地土壤中无机元素对岷当归药材质量的影响。 方法采用ICP-MS法测定岷县不同产地20批岷当归药材和种植土壤中的无机元素含量,测定岷当归药材中的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、浸出物、挥发油、阿魏酸,分析岷县土壤中无机元素与岷当归药材质量的相关性。 结果岷县不同区域岷当归药材各理化指标没有明显差异,岷当归药材中浸出物、挥发油、阿魏酸含量测定值均高于2015版《中华人民共和国药典》当归标准,岷当归药材中Na、Cu、V、Co、Se、Mo、U无机元素对岷当归药材理化检测指标影响较显著,土壤中Na、K、Fe、Al、V、Ni、Cu、As、Mo、Ag、Sb、Ti无机元素对岷当归药材理化检测指标影响较显著。岷当归药材中重金属Pb、Cd、As、Hg、Gu均未超过国家规定,其中Hg在各批次岷当归药材及种植土壤中均未检出。 结论岷县区域内所产当归质量均高于药典标准,符合道地药材属性。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo build the method of determining the elements in Mindanggui (Danggui produced in Minxian county) by ICP-MS, and analyze the influence of inorganic elements contained in the soil of Mindanggui plantation on the quality of Mindanggui. MethodsICP-MS was used to detect the contents of inorganic elements in plantation soil and 20 batches of Mindanggui from different producing areas of Minxian county, measure the moisture, total ash, acid insoluble ash, extract, volatile oil and ferulic acid in Mindanggui, survey the connections between inorganic elements in soil and the quality of Mindanggui. ResultsNo obvious difference was found in physicochemical parameters of Mindanggui from different regions of Minxian county, the measured values of extract, volatile oil, ferulic acid of Mindanggui were higher than the criteria of Danggui in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, inorganic elements including Na, Cu, V, Co, Se, Mo and U contained in Mindanggui showed significant influence on physicochemical parameters of Mindanggui, inorganic elements including Na, K, Fe, AI, V, Ni, Cu, As, Sb, Ti and others contained in the soil had significant impact on physicochemical parameters of Mindanggui. None of heavy metals Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu contained in Mindanggui exceeded national regulations, among them, Hg was not detected in different batches of Mindanggui and planting soil. ConclusionThe quality of Danggui produced in Minxian regions are higher than Pharmacopoeia standard, and conforms to the attributes of genuine medicinal materials.
