摘要:
目的分析邓晋丰教授运用中药治疗骨质疏松症（osteoporosis，OP）的处方用药规律。 方法收集邓晋丰教授治疗OP的门诊医案，采用古今医案云平台（V1.5.9）对纳入处方药物的频次、性味归经、常用药对、核心药物组合等进行分析。 结果共纳入医案128个，涉及中药120味，性味以温、平性及甘、辛、苦味为主，主要归肾、肝、脾经。处方中常用药对有淫羊藿-巴戟天，关联分析置信度最高的药物组合为山萸肉→淫羊藿；常用的核心药物为淫羊藿、山萸肉、茯苓、骨碎补、巴戟天、熟地黄、杜仲、山药、牡丹皮、乌梢蛇，是六味地黄丸合补肾阳药物加减。 结论邓晋丰教授治疗OP多用补益肝肾、健脾益气药，体现其注重补益肝肾，调养气血，求源固本的学术思想。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo analyze professor Deng Jinfeng’s medication laws for the treatment of osteoporosis by herbs. MethodsAfter collecting professor Deng Jinfeng’s outpatient medical cases of treating osteoporosis, the frequency, the nature, taste and meridian tropism, the commonly used drug pairs, core drug combinations of the included prescription and drugs were analyzed by using ancient and modern medical records cloud platform. ResultsA total of 128 medical cases were included, involving 120 herbs, the nature and flavor were warm, neutral, and sweet, pungent and bitter mainly, mainly entering kidney, liver and spleen meridians. The commonly-used drug pairs in the prescription were Yinyanghuo (Epimedii Folium) and Baijitian (Morindae Officinalis Radix), the association analysis showed that drug combination with the highest confidence were Shanzhuyu (Cornifructus) and Yinyanghuo; the commonly-used core drugs were Yinyanghuo, Shanzhuyu, Fuling (Poria), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma), Bajitian, Shudihuang (ehmanniae Radix Praepared), Duzhong (Eucommiae Cortex), Shanyao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma), Mudanpi (Moutan Cortex) and Wushaoshe (Zaocys), and they are modified Liuwei Dihuang pills and the drugs of invigorating kidney Yang. ConclusionProfessor Deng Jinfeng employs the medicines of tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and benefiting Qi in the treatment of osteoporosis, which embodies his academic thought of emphasizing tonifying liver and kidney, recuperating Qi and blood, seeking the source and consolidating the foundation.
