摘要:
目的观察体穴埋针结合耳穴压豆治疗儿童单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。 方法将120例单纯性肥胖症儿童按照随机数字表法分为观察组（基础饮食运动+体穴埋针+耳穴压豆）及对照组1（基础饮食运动）、对照组2（基础饮食运动+体穴埋针）和对照组3（基础饮食运动+耳穴压豆）各30例。分别在治疗第0、4、8和12周后测量4组患儿身高、体质量、腰围、臀围，计算体质指数（body mass index，BMI）和腰臀比，并观察患儿治疗舒适度。 结果观察组患儿经治疗后体质量、BMI、腰围、臀围和腰臀比均呈降低趋势，且在治疗12周后上述指标均低于对照组1、2、3（P＜0.05）；治疗过程中未见各组患儿因恐惧、疼痛和不适等原因放弃治疗。 结论在饮食控制结合运动的基础上增加体穴埋针联合耳穴压豆可改善单纯性肥胖儿童的相关指标，而且治疗方案可被儿童接受，舒适度适中。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of imbedding needles at acupoint and auricular points pressing with bean in the treatment of simple obesity in children. MethodsAll 120 children were allocated to the observation group (basic diet and exercise+imbedding needles at acupoint+ auricular points pressing with bean), the control group 1(basic diet and exercise), the control group 2 (basic diet and exercise+imbedding needles at acupoint) and the control group 3(basic diet and exercise+auricular points pressing with bean) according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. To detect the children's height, body weight, waist circumference and hip circumference, to calculate BMI and WHR. ResultsAfter the treatment, body weight, BMI, waist circumference and hip circumference and WHR of the children in the observation group showed the decreasing trend, and the above indexes after 12 weeks of the treatment were lower than these of the control group 1, 2 and 3 (P<0.05). No children gave up the therapy during therapeutic course due to fear, pain and dicomfort. ConclusionOn the foundation of dietary control and exercise, imbedding needles at acupoint and auricular points pressing with bean could refine the related indexes in the treatment of simple obesity in children with moderate comfort.
