摘要:
探讨基于中医“治未病”思想理论指导下高尿酸血症的防治方法。认为在高尿酸血症发生之前，应加强宣教，重视诱因，控制危险因素，调体防病，安其未病，即未病先防；在高尿酸血症发生时，肝脾肾功能失调，湿、浊、痰、瘀蕴结体内，应培本清源，调和肝脾肾气机，兼以利湿、逐痰、泄浊、清瘀，根据疾病发展趋势，予以相应治疗，截断疾病传变，即既病防变；在高尿酸血症间歇期或恢复期，正虚邪恋，则应安内攘外，医养结合，以防复发，即瘥后防复。
Abstract:
The paper discusses the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia under the guidance of TCM thought of "preventive treatment of disease". It is believed that we should enhance health education, pay attention to the cause, control risk factors, adjust the body to prevent the disease and stop the coming disease, that is, preventive treatment of disease, before the onset of hyperuricemia; when hyperuricemia attacks, dampness, turbidity, phlegm and stagnation accumulate and mix in human body because of the dysfunction of liver, spleen and kidney function, we should cultivate the foundation and clear the source, regulate Qi movement of liver, spleen and kidney, assisted by removing dampness, eliminating phlegm, discharging turbidity and clearing stagnation, the corresponding treatment is administered according to the developmental trend of the disease, to stop the transmission of the disease, namely, preventing the disease from exacerbating; during the intermittent or convalescent periods of hyperuricemia, we should maintain the internal security and eliminate the external pathogens, combine the medicine and health care in order to prevent the recurrence when healthy Qi is insufficient and pathogenic factors linger, that is, preventing the recurrence after the cure.
