摘要:
通过分析相关文献，探讨肾小球滤过功能标志物、近端小管损伤标志物、集合管损伤标志物、细胞周期阻滞蛋白等急性肾损伤生物标志物在急性肾损伤诊断中的应用情况，认为与传统实验室指标相比，急性肾损伤生物标志物各有其特点，可以代表肾脏不同部位的损伤，有助于急性肾损伤的早期预防、诊断和治疗。而中医药辨证论治该病具有一定经验，临床可根据需要进行辨证论治。
Abstract:
By analyzing the relevant literature and discussing the application of acute kidney injury biomarkers such as glomerular filtration function marker, proximal tubular injury marker, collecting tubes injury marker and cell cycle blocking protein in the diagnosis of acute kidney injury, it is believed that, compared with the traditional laboratory indexes, each of these biomarkers has its own characteristics, and they can represent the injuries in different parts of the kidneys, which can help in the early prevention, diagnosis and treatment of acute kidney injury. Moreover, traditional Chinese medicine has certain experience in syndrome differentiation and treatment of this disease, and clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment can be carried out according to needs.
